Damian is a Managing Director at Main Street Capital Corporation, a leading Houston based Private Equity firm. Prior to joining Main Street, Damian served as Chief Financial Officer of Melior Innovations, Inc., focused on commercializing new technologies in the semiconductor, coatings and oil field service sectors. Earlier on, he was VP Corporate Development for Kraton Corporation, where he created and built out the corporate development group. Prior to Kraton, Damian served as an SVP Development and Strategy with Oldcastle, Inc. Damian began his career as an engineer with ExxonMobil Corporation. Damian holds an M. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from University College, London and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael has served as a Vice President since 2020 and has been with Main Street in previous roles since 2019. Prior to Main Street, Michael was an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers and Acquisitions group, where he advised on transactions across various industries. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Michael was a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance in the Infrastructure Advisory group and an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Michael received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Praveen is a hands-on executive leader with successful GM and P&L experience in start-up, mid-size, and global multi-billion-dollar businesses. His domain expertise is in cybersecurity, SaaS, IaaS, and storage. With a successful track record across product marketing, demand generation, and product management, he excels in bringing all aspects of marketing together.

He was most recently Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Strategy at Forcepoint, a cybersecurity company. Previously, he served as Senior VP in the Cloud Business Group at Oracle.

Additionally, Praveen has served as VP/GM in the Enterprise Solutions Group at Dell, leading marketing and strategy for the $14 billion enterprise solutions group. Earlier, he was VP of Product Management for Storage and Networking at Dell, responsible for the entire storage and networking portfolio (over 18 product lines).

Early in his career, Chris gained experience with technology companies focused on the ideology of being a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and Managed Service Provider (MSP). Where one company lacked strategic partnerships, the other lacked experienced consultants. Chris believed expertise and partnerships were critical for relieving everyday business challenges and fueling long-term growth. He coined his business model as Value-Added Partner (VAP), positioning his company as a trusted business partner, not just a reseller. This value included strategic business planning, tailored solutions, consistent delivery, and dedicated support after implementation.

Upon founding Centre Technologies, Chris sought to change how prospective customers invest in technology. Instead of simply purchasing a new IT product, he encouraged businesses to implement a layered and sustainable solution designed to exceed their business goals.
